Mastering Your Breathing: Essential Techniques

1. Pursed-Lip Breathing

  • Inhale slowly through your nose for 2 counts
  • Pucker your lips as if whistling
  • Exhale gently through pursed lips for 4-6 counts

2. Diaphragmatic Breathing

  • Lie on your back with knees bent
  • Place one hand on your chest, one on your abdomen
